Notch Back/Notch Front: Enhanced Functionality

We offer the Notch Back/Notch Front model, featuring a design that supports the lid when fully open and prompts it to close during the dump cycle, ensuring no lost capacity. The Notch Front provides a higher sleeve location for better balance and improved truck-cab clearance during dumping. Additionally, the top portion of the container does not go as deep into the truck hopper, reducing the chance of lid and lid-lock damage.

Integrated Door Tracks: Strength and Durability

Our integrated formed “W” channels on top rails create the top tracks for sliding doors, while the formed channel into the side panels serves as the bottom tracks. These integrated formed channels provide stronger and more durable door tracks compared to welded models. Additionally, they eliminate the risk of corrosion, rust, and dripping down the side walls.

Bottom Runners: Enhanced Structural Integrity

Our containers feature full-length (front to back) runners made of 2 x 4 x 10 ga steel. The end caps extend up the front and back panels, adding extra structural integrity to prevent collapse. Drain holes in the end caps allow water to escape, reducing the risk of internal corrosion.

UV-resistant Exterior Paint: Protection and Longevity

To protect against premature corrosion, our containers receive a 2 mm primer coat followed by a 2 mm industrial enamel paint coat. The paint is an industrial enamel with high solids and excellent coverage. It incorporates UV-resistant properties to guard against sun damage and fading. We offer a wide range of paint colors to choose from, and color matching is available upon request.
